Privacy Policy for Tessa

Overview

Tessa is designed to work privately on your device. The app does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data. It does not contain advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.

This policy applies to the Tessa app. The ldomaradzki.com website has its own technical and analytics behavior.

Photo Library Access

Tessa asks for photo-library access only after you choose to create a puzzle from one of your photos. The selected image is read and processed on your device to create the puzzle.

Tessa does not upload or share your photos. Photo access can be changed at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings.

Data Stored on Your Device

Tessa stores the following information locally so puzzles can be resumed:

• A local copy of each photo used for a saved puzzle
• Puzzle configuration and crop information
• Puzzle progress, elapsed time, and board state

This information is stored in the app's private local storage and is excluded from device backups. It is not accessible to us and is not sent to external servers.

Deleting a puzzle removes its locally stored puzzle data and image copy. Deleting the app removes all data stored by Tessa. These actions do not delete the original photo from your photo library.

Data Collection and Sharing

Tessa does not:

• Require an account or sign-in
• Collect contact details, identifiers, location, or usage data
• Use analytics, advertising, or third-party crash-reporting services
• Send photos, puzzle data, or progress to us or third parties
• Use cloud synchronization

Apple may process App Store or TestFlight information under Apple's own privacy policies. Tessa does not receive or combine that information with app activity.

Children's Privacy

Tessa does not knowingly collect personal information from children or users of any age. Photos and puzzle data remain on the device as described above.

Changes to This Policy

If Tessa's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the relevant app version is released. The updated date at the top of this page will also change.
